The Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School is committed to providing outstanding clinical training, individualized mentoring, and a robust academic environment with outstanding teaching, innovative research, and clinical care.
The BIDMC/Harvard Medical School Plastic Surgery Residency has both a 3-year independent training program as well as a 6-year integrated training program. Residents rotate at BIDMC and Boston Children's Hospital with over 25 Harvard teaching faculty.
Our division offers advanced fellowship training for one year in microsurgery, aesthetic surgery, and hand surgery.
In addition, collaborative research fellowships in basic science and clinical outcomes are available to students and residents at every level.
