Clinical Outcomes
Our division actively examines outcomes ofter plastic surgery in areas such as breast reconstruction, lymphedema, gender affirming surgery, head and neck, and lower extremity reconstruction. Other topics include health literacy and communication, ergonomics, and integrative medicine.
Basic Science
We have multiple basic science laboratories in our division focusing on near infrared imaging, microelectromechanical systems devices, 3D printing, biodegradable silk devices, and oxygen sensing bandages. We collaborate with many laboratories in the Boston area.
